Description Oud Carbon is an aromatic tobacco oud: lavender and hay up top, two tobaccos and a Vietnamese oud underneath. It is part of Landcaster's second collection, released in 2026. The house sources its Vietnamese oud from a family distiller in a village near Ho Chi Minh City, who prepared a profile specifically for the brand; his son now continues the work. Mandarin, pink pepper, juniper berry and mace open it, and a heart of lavender, orris, hay absolute and dragon's blood gives it a dry, fougère-like texture. The base pairs the oud with tobacco absolute, opoponax, styrax, treemoss and patchouli. The house deliberately blended two tobaccos, one drier and woodier, the other darker and more leathery, so the drydown feels rounded rather than one-note.
