Composed by Sofia Bardelli and released in 2025 by Devertere, the Italian house founded by father and son Lorenzo and Federico Cavoretto, it opens sweet and spicy on blackcurrant, lychee, pink pepper, almond and marigold. The heart brings rose and saffron with styrax, elemi and juniper. The base is where the name comes from: leather, oud, amber, benzoin, musk and cypriol. Retailers describe it as oriental-woody, and the fruit keeps it far more approachable than a traditional oud.
