OVERTURE 41 Extrait de Parfum by Amouage Overture 41 is a lavish amber floral built around rose, saffron and Calvados. At a remarkable 41% concentration, perfumer Annick Ménardo gives the composition a deeper, more resonant presence on the skin. Frankincense and saffron open with warm aromatic brightness, followed by the rich fruitiness of Calvados. Rose Centifolia takes center stage, illuminated by geranium and benzoin, while Sandalwood Drèches brings an exceptionally smooth, polished woody texture. Vanilla, labdanum, patchouli and leather create a dark, enveloping finish. Opulent yet controlled, Overture 41 feels burnished, velvety and composed.
